Organizations are challenged to manage systems, resources and people. As organizations change it was important to support not only the soul of the organization but the soul of the people who need monetary compensation moreover; require mental and social support which leads to communication, respect, teaming and productivity.

We can use social media, communication and tools to advance organizational, workplace and relationships for a sustainable world.
Dr. Oldham's philosophy of sustainable thinking requires the consideration of the impact and treatment of each decision (social, environmental, structural, economic, legal, and personal) on the generations to come.
"As we view the world sustainability the hallmark of how we live and work will drive the optimization of resources, planning of energy, and design/building of solutions for efficiencies. Sustainability will lead us to view systems, organizations and leadership as the lens to economic, social and intellectual transformation for the next generations. The next inevitable step is to lead through stewardship and prayer for these changes."                                                                                        Dr. Tyra Oldham
