Prayer for Working Hard

Today's Prayer: 

In today's world of work we are tasked to give so much more. Working exceeding hours to complete requirements tasking our spirits, mind and body to limits. The modern day worker learns to modulate their energy through prayer, meditation and exercise. 

Prayer for direction. 
Meditation for peace. 
Exercise of mind, Body and Spirit. 
Today, we ask for understanding of our limits per day that leads us to healthy spirit, life and body. 

When we over due we loose capacity to endure. 

"Moderation in all things"

This week I pray for balanced energy that is of God's grace. 

"God be in me, for me, around me and within all things to your Glory"

Sustainable work prayer:
God, I am healthy, wealthy and wise. My body is my temple containing better health today then ever before. My Mind is adept and attracting knowledge. My spirit is of a web holding and grasping God's love. 

Action of the day:
I move and pray often for good health-stressless and blessful.
